“The hotel is located in the Old City. Close to Rambla and Sarandí, pedestrian street and Ave 18 de Julio. The staff was very helpful. The room was large with comfortable beds, kitchen area but only w kettle and fridge. Ask for a room with oceanview. Not that many restaurants in the area. “We booked superior rooms with balconies at the website. When we checked in we were told that rooms with balconies are subject to availability and we were offered two rooms without balcony. After discussions one of us could change - however not the other one. On the other hand, the balconies were useless - fillded with pebble stones and no functional furnishing. The room without balcony had a big window. The tiny bar that was supposed to protect from falling out from the tenth floor was broken....

“In general, it was ok. The bathroom, too simple compared with the room, nicely furnished. No anti-slippery floor in the bathtube, for instance. A lot of flies in the dining room, especially in the evenings. The food not especially good.
