The accommodations were ok; but other occupants were very loud outside the room and the walls are thin; room next door tv was very clearly heard and we could even hear the occupants’ coughing

The breakfast food was cold, no hot sausage, no hot egg. I had a bad day, keep going to the bathroom made my travel very hard!

My wife and I stayed at the property for three nights and found it quite comfortable. When I had a minor issue, the host was very prompt and friendly in responding. We appreciated the proximity to Geneseo and to Letchworth State Park, and would happily stay there again if we return to the area.

Charming little cottage nestled at Silver Lake. It was just what we needed. Actually felt like home while here for a week stay. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back!

There isnt a hot tub, there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. Also there are squirrels or something running in the attic. But other than that, its very spacious, comfy beds and couches, and a great view but its across the street from the lake so I am not sure if that counts as lakefront.
