“While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk young man was very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was good with different options. We booked an accommodation room for a wheelchair. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. After being in the room for sometime we smelled sewer and it was coming from the bathroom. The smell was horrible. We notified the young man at the front desk and he moved us to a regular room due to them not having anymore...

“I come here a lot of times and over time, it seemed to be going down room's not properly clean toilets, not working showers, not working, shower pressure, extremely weak, or low recently. I got a room that had a joined room. Door which was super creepy and scary room's not being properly cleaned. TVS not working in one room or another. It's always been something I love this place. It's great, it's convenient. But as of lately, it has been falling off.”

“This is exactly what you paid for. Basically clean room (something slippery on part of the entry floor but no visible dirt or trash and no smell), nice enough breakfast and lobby with ice water dispenser. The hot breakfast buffet (eggs, sausage, potatoes) was fully ready about 10 minutes late, but the coffee (low quality tasteless) and waffle and pancake machines and bread items were ready on time. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate.”

“The stay was fantastic, all front of house staff was extremely kind, eager to help and helpful. The breakfast attendant on the weekend (I think his name was Felix) was incredibly personable, kind and quirky. The kids loved him and he was a fresh breath of air early in the morning. The women who cleaned the room were super fast and detailed. The only complaint x2 that I have is that the ac downstairs isn't working and I cannot imagine having to work in those conditions, then the 2nd is the Monday...
