My 22 year old daughter spent most of the week in the hot tub…once you get the hang of lighting the fire it is quite straightforward, the trick is to plan ahead! We all enjoyed an evening and wet afternoon in the games barn. It’s the garden and pond that were the main attractions for me though…our dogs were in heaven and I was able to relax...

“Lovely property in quiet county setting. We were a group on 8 friends staying for a long weekend. Plenty of space for us all to sit and relax. Well equipped kitchen, had everything needed to make our stay memorable. An hours walk across the fields to Southwold with its old fashioned pier, fish and chips and Adnams brewery and distillery. We booked a tour of Sizewell B nuclear power station that was well worth a visit!”

“Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. Great location house was very well...
