“Our experience at Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit was absolutely terrible, and I would NOT recommend spending your money here. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury, all-inclusive property, the condition of the hotel and what we experienced were completely unacceptable. The hotel itself felt very old and poorly maintained. The bathrooms and showers were awful and desperately needed renovation. The tile flooring in our room was uneven, with some tiles actually lifting up from the floor....

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“On the restaurant Paleta I had a very long waiting time, more than an hour for a small order; I noticed other tables had an even longer waiting time. It was to long. But besides that, the entire experience was excellent. I had dinner twice at Mezquite due restaurant Árbol being closed due to renovations. It was superb .”
