Cozy and quiet retreat
Had a lovely, quiet stay. The property is cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and gigantic shower. It's a not-too-long walk to the Rockport harbor and the place is across the street from a deli/cafe.

Awesome spot
Peggy’s barn studio was fabulous! The market across the street is perfect for breakfast or grocery shopping for making dinner in the very well stocked kitchen. A lovely walk into Rockport, and the bathtub and fireplace are over the top cozy. Peggy was a great host.

Modern barn loft
This barn loft is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed. My favorite was the footed bathtub which I used almost daily to help with jet lag, and the spacious shower space, Including the pleasant soap. EXTRA bonus points go to Peggy for her remarkable kindness and thoughtfulness, including the treats she put into the fridge for me, bc she knew I would be arriving late.

Lovely space in a lovely area
Thoughtfully appointed space conveniently located on the mid coast. Easy access to Camden and Rockland, walking distance to Rockport. Wonderful market across the street, full kitchen stocked with all the basics plus some nice amenities (e.g., good coffee and tea, a sweet treat). Excellent soaking tub and separate large shower, cute little porch, and very comfy bedding. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property
The Barn on Pascal is truly a special place. It is unique, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and totally welcoming. The attention to detail is impressive. The location is serene and peaceful. I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint!

Perfect fall getaway
From the moment we walked into the space, we could feel the intention to detail and coziness that Peggy put in. From the fireplace to the claw foot tub, to the French press coffee and the views of the trees and sunshine through the French doors out to the balcony. Our entire stay felt like the comforts of home but elevated to the relaxation of vacation. Located just across the street from a lovely and charming market with cheeses, breads, breakfast options and delicious treats. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Peggy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as seamless and relaxing as possible. We are already looking forward to going back!

Stylish and convenient retreat
This studio loft was extraordinary! The hosts didn’t miss a thing with decor or comfort from the claw foot tub and swanky tile to the lofty bed loaded with comfy pillows. Peggy was attentive and lovely. The location was perfect with great eateries within minutes and even one across the street! We loved Rockport and Camden. Hiking all day was wonderful, especially when we knew we could return to a hot soak in the tub followed by radiant heat from the classy fireplace. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking a tranquil backyard was so relaxing. We loved everything about this place and hope to return again!

Perfectly delightful!
Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely space, well-located, well-appointed, incredibly well-equipped. Delightful small deck overlooking a pretty backyard. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Centrally located near spots in Rockport, Rockland and Camden. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay!
Very modern, loved the design, it was spotless and offers a full kitchen! Everything was as advertised! Loved the deck! The location is close to everything! Rockport has a nice harbor that offers beautiful views, a small sandy beach just a short walk from the property!

Such a memorable stay!
I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The renovated barn space is beyond adorable and incredibly cozy. It was so enjoyable coming home to such a comfortable spot after exploring all day. Bleeker and Greer right across the street was a perfect morning stop for lattes and croissants. Great location and Peggy and Larry have certainly put heart into the design and making sure guests feel relaxed and at home. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing gem!
Peggy’s barn was absolutely beautiful, clean and so comfortable for a week vacation. It was right near the water and amazing shops/restaurants just down the road. Peggy thought of all the best little details for her beautiful home and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Space
Absolutely loved this studio! My husband and I were traveling in New England for 3 weeks and this property was one of our favorites. Peggy and Larry have created a beautifully studio with all the comforts of home. It was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the large shower was great. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Peggy was very quick to respond to messages before we arrived and during our stay. Peggy gave us great restaurant recommendations. Convenient to all the places we wanted to see in the area during our five night stay. If there was a way to rate our stay 110%, I would. I really hope we get the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you Peggy and Larry for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Perfect everything
This studio is perfection....the decorating is amazing and from nice wine glasses to good coffee and soaps, everything was A+. The owner was so helpful with places to eat and things to do that we totally enjoyed all our time in Rockport/Camden. We were just minutes from everything in Rockland/Rockport/Camden, with a lovely deli across the road and a deck to sip wine and cheese. Perfect!

Excellent!
This rental truly is as gorgeous as the pictures! Peaceful, charming, and so thoughtfully/beautifully designed. I might secretly want Peggy to come design my home... It was a delight to stay here. Everything felt clean and safe. Peggy was super responsive and welcoming (thanks for the cookie!), and the location is great both for relaxing in the local town and as a jumping off point for coastal Maine.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Rockport!
The Barn in Pascal was an absolute delight to be within during the four day stay I had in Rockport while at an incredible workshop at the Michael Good Gallery (don’t miss! Mesmerizing jewelry!). Peggy was so sweet every step of the way, from warming up the place and giving me the s coziest blanket when I arrived much later than expected to the utter charm and delight of her beautifully renovated secluded space with the cutest kitchen, sophisticated decor, wilderness backyard and the most gorgeous touches from the matching brass fittings to fresh coffee and even Himalayan salt (that says tons!) to the fluffy warm cozy bed! It’s was a pure delight and joy to stay at the Barn on Pascal. I travel vrbo many, many times throughout the year, and this place ranks as one of my most favorite places! Thank you, Peggy! I hope to travel back again and stay another time ;)

Maine was amazing
This was our first visit to Maine and what a beautiful place! We enjoyed the ocean, Acadia National Park, Breakwater Lighthouse, Camden, Rockland and Rockport. The location was perfect to be able to see everything we wanted to. Thank you Peggy and Larry for the warm hospitality and making us instantly feel at home. The barn was very cozy and relaxing with great amenities. Gazing at the stars at night right from the back deck with a glass of wine was amazing! We got GREAT sleep on that comfortable bed! Thank you again for sharing your state with us!
