“The location is great the virtual assistant is very responsive,the room space is ok . But the property is very badly maintained. The light spot are broken . They provided with coffee machine with no coffee no sugar no water . The worst thing was when I came back at night and water to take shower surprise surprise! It’s broken !!! I’m not recommending this place at all.”

“Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early.
