The in-room coffee machine was extremely loud, had video instructions only, didn't work half the time, and only made tiny cups of coffee. The room was unbearably hot; they didn't have any notices that the room's thermostat would only produce hot air no matter the setting. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to inquire, and was told that it only produces heat until the summer, and the only option was to open the window. I had to push to even get a fan. The windows only barely open, and one window didn't stay open.
Pillows weren't comfortable. Not even outlets. Not enough surfaces in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Only one working elevator out of 4, though they promise this is temporary. Overall nice quality aside from the coffee machine, which is important to us.
Location was great. Everything else not already noted was fine. All in all, it wasn't the worst stay we've ever had, but it certainly didn't meet expectations based on reviews. Be warned if you're coming here in spring or fall—THE ROOM WILL BE HOT. And if you like your coffee, good luck. No apparent breakfast either.
