The home is sparsely furnished, which is actually good for a rental; however the very spacious kitchen is very lacking the basics of cooking , serving and feeding 14. There were 7 forks, 6 glasses and many plastic cups, 1 dishtowel, no serving platters and serving bowls. There are a ton of plates and bowls and mugs which was great. These are easy fixes. "They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
