“We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.”

“This apartment is super cute. The location is great! I would definitely recommend this apartment but you need to be forewarned. The listing leaves out that it’s a 4 story climb up steps so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Also, it says it’s air conditioned. The units barely pumped out any air and the 3rd room has a stand alone unit that you have to vent out the window and it’s not really cold air. The kitchen is not really fitted for much cooking. “What an awesome apartment in one of Rome's best areas! Federico is a wonderful host, and checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was set.Proximity to the tram line down the hill is great. We stopped at the little bar set into the hillside a block away and had a great nightcap coming home one night. Note if you're with kids - this is a very nice apartment with some breakable things. We were a little nervous with two 4 year olds. Our 6 and 8 year olds had no such problems though...

“What a great place 9/10! It is in an amazing location. The rooftop terrace was fantastic and provided a nice place to unwind. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was enough for us. A few little hints to note, this is not a mobility friendly apartment, apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift and the stairs are very old and could be a challenge for those not prepared.
