Huset Àr mycket rymligt och bekvÀmt, perfekt för familjer eller grupper av vÀnner. Denna magnifika lÀgenhet ligger pÄ sjÀtte vÄningen med hiss, har en yta pÄ 200 kvadratmeter och bestÄr av ett stort vardagsrum med vacker utsikt och balkonger, matsal med kök, 4 stora sovrum (tre med queen size-sÀngar madrass 190x160cm; en med en sÀng för en och en halv (190x120cm) och en enkelsÀng 190x90cm). Alla rum Àr upplysta av stora fönster. Det finns en queen size bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Möblerna Àr lyxiga och huset Àr unikt, med en underbar utsikt och mycket tyst. Luftkonditionering, vÀrme, gratis wifi internet, TV LCD.
LÀgenheten ligger i en XIX-talsbyggnad med entré frÄn Viale Due Macelli. Husets lÀge Àr fantastiskt, mitt i centrum, intill Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi. Spagna och Barberini tunnelbana / tunnelbana Àr tvÄ minuters promenad.

Vi har slutfört renoveringen av lÀgenheten i maj 2015.

Perfect Large Flat in the Center of Everything!

When planning a trip to a foreign country and first time VRBO renters, the worst fear is not having information. However, we got everything we needed from Fidia and the team. We were able to book private transportation from/to the airport and also around Rome. The property was perfect for our party of 8 (three couples and two singles) with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked well and made it so we didn’t have to pack as much. Additional information provided before our stay and a copy left at the flat, included list of restaurants and tours. I even requested to have a few bottles of local wine and prosecco for our arrival, which they accommodated. Allan, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, and provided a thorough tour of the property so that we knew of all the quirks. Additionally, he was always available via messaging in the event that we needed something. The property was large, very clean and centrally located between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made it easy to walk everywhere. Our last night in Rome was celebrated with Chef Leopoldo, the in-home chef service offered by Fidia. He and his service team were incredible. Everyone was sad to leave. I would whole heartedly recommend this location to everyone who is traveling to Rome and needs a larger rental.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

It was very conveniently located right in the heart of Rome. It’s an older building, but they have done a good job modernizing the apartment. They could use better showerheads in a couple of the bathrooms.

Eternal City Excellence

We had a wonderful experience in Rome and having a quiet, clean place to come back to was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and photographed. I had many questions leading into the visit and the host was incredibly kind and attentive answering and helping with transportation to/from airport. The check-in process was easy. We met at the apartment and walked through the space going over all the details. The check-out process was simple as well. Overall, it was a great experience.Thank you!

Did not want to leave!! Stunning apartment!

Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at numerous hotels and rental properties - and I can confidently state this this property was one of the finest we've been to. The owner - Fidia was extremely easy to communicate with - and went out of her way to make sure everything was well taken care, including airport transportation. Her assistant Allan met us at the place and was also incredibly helpful. Check-in couldn't have been easier. And as this was our first trip to Rome - it really helped that they provided us with a detailed document with the best restaurants, tours, museums, things to do, etc. .. Fidia also recommended a friend to set up private tours - Crazy4Rome - and again - they were fantastic. Easy to communicate with - and the tours we took were exceptional.What's most important in any vacation stay? Location! And this apartment is just the perfect location - steps from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Tons of great restaurants outside the door and transportation was easy.The actual inside of the apartment was equally wonderful. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. And the central living room was spacious and beautiful. The views outside the windows were just lovely. All in all - couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you can - book it - you won't be sorry.(Only negative note - nothing to do with Fidia - is the Rome cab drivers can be a rip you off. Make sure they use the meter and give you the right change! )

Great place. Centrally located. Lots of room to spread out, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and large living areas with lots of big windows.Communication with the management team is excellent.Only reason it doesnt get a 5 rating is that the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/refresh.Other than that it's great...

Our stay was just great. The apartment is lovely and very spacey. We were 5 adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space and.the contact person, Alan was very responsive. Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the apartment. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The location was perfect we could walk anywhere and we did. The apartment was very clean and we had someone come in every morning to clean and had new towels just like a hotel. If traveling with a large group this is a great place to stay.

Family Reunion in Rome

This property, with 4 beds and 4 baths, is perfect for a family reunion. The bedrooms are separated, so early risers don't wake late sleepers. Two minutes to the Trevi Fountain, less than 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. Balconies! Great restaurants nearby, as well as busses and subways.

We hebben heel veel appartementen in Rome verhuurd, dit was zeker het mooiste. Super schoon, uitzicht vanuit elke raam! Fidia reageerde heel snel en regelde alles heel goed. Het had echt alles en alles werkte prima, top locatie; we waren allemaal heel erg blij mee.

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.
