We are sorry but the problems you reported were not noticed by all other guests. A minimal odor is the result of the sanitization procedures, which we follow with maximum discipline, as the Covid19 risk is not yet negligible. Regarding the WiFi connection we have a graph on our home page that highlights the high traffic, without interruptions. She could ask for support, we would help her solve connection problems with her devices and we would show her how to operate the television remote control.

Regarding the breakfast it's easy to understand that your reservation was on "room only" basis, as clearly shown in the confirmation provided by Expedia in plain English. It's also easy to understand that there're customers on "bed and breakfast" basis and of course we serve breakfast... We immediately changed your room due to you claimed minibar was not working, after a while we checked it was working fine and proposed you to move back to your room, but you choosed to keep the other room, that, to be clear, has exactly the same size of the other room. Our rooms are completely soundproofed, 3rd floor of the building is not part of our hotel. Elevator stopped just for a few minute due malpractice of one guest, and there was our security attendant at your floor all the time, and he/she opened the emergency door upon any need. Regarding your latest statement, you cannot hear any "bed bang" due to beside your latest room there are no other rooms as it's the latest room of the floor, just after the elevator. We work hard to ensure our customers security, cleaning and a pleasant stay with an awarded service.

This customer asked us to cancel the reservation on arrival date, due to change of program. We wrote to the customer authorizing the cancellation after the first night, that's the contractual minimum penalty, due to room was correctly reserved and cannot be selled to everyone else. The customer gently refused our offer (we always prefer to free disturbing customers), and started to make several complaints, on Expedia messaging than on other channels. No comment.

First of all we're not responsible on what happens on the street, you've to write to the municipality.therefore, we moved our entrance( the hotel is always the same) since 1st of november 2022, and the current address is easy to find everywhere on the web. Anyway our current entrance is just around the corner from the old one. You neither called us, just went to the wrong address and therefore complaining...
