“The negative: 1. The pictures on Hotels.com are misleading. 2. The internet in the room did not work at all, apparently due to the rainy weather. 3. The spa was closed. 4. We never saw any welcome drink. 5. Poor information upon arrival, which led to us not realizing that breakfast was not served from 7:00 AM as it is at other hotels on weekdays, but from 8:00 AM. The positive: The view was fantastic. Parking was free and the breakfast was okay. ”

“The receptionist was helpful and nice, they gave us great customer service. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however, it was not sound proof so we did not get much privacy. The view from our room leads to thr back garden and was miniscule and only seems to be an option for ventilation which is fine. The breakfast buffet was great and what was offered was just enough to choose from. The hotel staff were kind overall. The view from this hotel, the mountains and the morning...

“Superb 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, kitchenette was great (with bottles of still and sparkling water provided) and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower (great pressure and spacious). Would definitely stay here again if we return! ”
