âI was visiting for a sports event and brought my 3 year old son. The hotel location, facilities and service were way above what I had expected and it was probably my favourite hotel I have stayed at. It had all the Novotel facilities at the Ibis price. Breakfast was delicious and catered to every preference, thereâs a kids play room, my son was offered a little soft toy as we booked in and as we left which he loved and meant so much that they were so accomodating for small children, the beds...

âVi bodde ute i Olympic Park för att fĂ„ se hur omrĂ„det var och lite coolt att bo dĂ€r OS gick. Vi skulle Ă€ven se en basketmatch i Sports Center sĂ„ det passade ju utmĂ€rkt.

âVery good location and convenient. Easy check-in friendly staff, small room but there were four of us and we all slept well. Thatâs all we needed to do after an event at Qudos. â
âhad a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.
A special thank you to Mimiâshe was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a warm smile. She truly made my stay even better with her great attitude and attention to detail.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

âHard to get to and from without a car. It is possible to get to Sydney with bus and train but in the evening we took a taxi from the nearest train station and that costed about 20 aud.â

âClean and recently renovated room, really comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The service was great and personal. The train station was only minutes away and went directly into Sydney central. Would recommend this to anyone!â

Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons.
The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.
