“We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. ”

“Our first issue happen when we arrived when no one turned the ac units on. It was around 6pm when we arrived and it was so hot outside which meant it was even hotter inside. We decided to try to crank down the units (there’s no central ac or heat) and let it cool down when we went to dinner. I messaged the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told us to keep the door closed. (Duh). We returned 2 hours later to it not much cooler. The ladder to the loft is very old and un sturdy,...
