Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. “We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. ”

“Beautifully appointed home, all the kitchen supplies we could need, super comfy beds, and fun outdoor space for the kids to explore (that was easy to supervise). We had such a nice and relaxing visit! And the home is very close to nearby Round Top locations. We will definitely be back! This was an easy quick trip from Houston for a nice family weekend. ”

“Our first issue happen when we arrived when no one turned the ac units on. It was around 6pm when we arrived and it was so hot outside which meant it was even hotter inside. We decided to try to crank down the units (there’s no central ac or heat) and let it cool down when we went to dinner. I messaged the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told us to keep the door closed. (Duh). We returned 2 hours later to it not much cooler.
