“The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits.”

“Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away.”

“We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

"Vi landade på Stansted sent och tog en natt på detta hotell. Allt var verkligen toppen! Superfräscht överallt, foajé, rum, restaurang med mer. Ljudisolerade rum, bekväma sängar och fräscht. Städningen var väldigt bra. Bästa hotellet jag varit på i England. "

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."

"Väldigt bra o snabb in och utcheckning. Rummet var lyhört och vi hörde ljud ftån kooridoren och utiftån. Bsdrumsfläkten vsr också ljudligt. Ett annat störande ljud var intermittent. Lät dom en kompressor som går av och på. Vi vet ej var ljudet kom ifrån."
