This is not a 4-star hotel- but the view makes it worth it - they would gain even more with cleaner windows.It can be when/if the have completed some renovation(??) -note that there is no air-condition so visiting during September was a good idea, along with open windows during the night. The view is worth it!
If you stay during a high tide part of the month it is very much worth having a room at the fourth floor (no elevator-only stairs). Good breakfast, ok staff. Visiting in September was a good idea as there is no air condition. Pay attention to the emails you get about where to park, where the reception ...

L'accueil était mieux que ce à quoi on s'attendait; nos hôtes avaient préparé des décorations de Noël avec un beau sapin, des chocolats et biscuits nous attendaient au pied du sapin. We loved the room and the amount of space in the unit. Everything was clean and communication from the staff was excellent. I highly recommend staying here. We would book this location again if we are ever back in the area.
