"Only real downside was there weren’t any side tables in our room. We had a luggage rack and a small shelf which was an inconvenience. The property was beautiful and really interesting piece of historic Cotter, Arkansas. Would stay again in a different room."

"We had a wonderful trip. Check in and check out was very smooth with zero issues. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was very comfortable with great sheets. The creek was wonderful, and we loved exploring the area around the Buffalo River. Would highly recommend."

"What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room.
