“Lovely property in beautiful setting with great view from balcony.Tight access to the house but easy to find and ok once navigated.Overall well equipped although an outside airer/washing line would be useful.Salcombe and surrounding area is stunning with great beaches and lovely eateries, shops etc. ”

“On first arrival the cottage was lovely; a bit quirky but looked as if it would meet our needs. However, considering the cottage slept quite at least 8 adults there wasn’t enough seating in the TV room to accommodate that many. The TV did not have BBC channels so we couldn’t watch Strictly on the Saturday! A smart TV would be better as many people have subscriptions to streaming services. Also the TV in the big bedroom but want connect by aerial; there was an aerial but it was too short to reach...
