The Space:
LOCATION:
we're located on Wally Square on a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the city centre. We're 10 minutes in a taxi to the city centre and if you want to check distances we're just a stones throw from Asda Higher Broughton Supermarket.
PARKING:
you can park one car on our drive and two more on the street if needed

All rooms have fresh linen and towels provided for each guest, comfy mattresses and there's plenty of storage for those staying longer
BATHROOM:
recently renovated - this it a beautiful family bathroom. We provide hotel style shampoos and conditioners
LIVING ROOM:
an open plan living room and kitchen makes this the best space to unwind after a long day in Manchester. We provide you with a guest Netflix account so you can complementary Netflix and chill.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
brand new! Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need plus a coffee machine for the coffee lovers (me included)
WIFI:
we have unbreakable superfast fibre broadband!
GARDEN:
we have a beautiful back garden with seating and a table to enjoy a morning coffee or some al fresco dining
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot can also be provided.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Getting Around:
Well connected to Manchester City Centre via Bury New Road—just 10–15 mins by bus, car, or taxi. Regular buses stop nearby, and Salford Central train station is also within easy reach. Quick access to the M60 for wider travel.
