“Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr gut. Allerdings, bin ich zu erst in einem anderen Zimmer gewesen. Das es mehrere Hotels von euch gibt, hättet ihr besser kommunizieren müssen. Und auch ein Schild an die anderen Hotels von euch wäre eine Idee. Die Sauberkeit war ok aber nicht ausreichend. Es laufen Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Warm Wasser in der Dusche, funktioniert erst wenn man in der Küche den Hahn aufdreht. Ansonsten war alles gut. Es gab sehr viele tolle Restaurants in der Gegend und es war...

“Firstly our flight was delayed and we reached past midnight and Rosy support was exceptional as she was available on WhatsApp past midnight to support with the check in. Property is located right in the middle of the historic stairs and if you have family, little kids and heavy luggage you will struggle access the property. Shower has issues and needs to be fixed. Rosy did mention she would take care of it quickly. Overall good experience just beware of the stairs:-)”
