“The location is perfect for being close to Boardwalk. Kitchen great- appliances. Close to grocery store. Mold in corner of tub and superficial breaks in the lining of the tub. Very dim living room area— only 2 of 7 working bulbs in very high ceiling.”

“This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. Parking was a plus and easy to coordinator with owner prior to arrival. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, I gave a lower cleanliness rating due to multiple long black hairs on the fitted white sheet which made me question if the bed had been cleaned prior to our arrival and the sofa was covered in short white pet hair. ”
