There are a few cool local eateries very close by and a wide range of San Antonio life is well within a 5-to-10-minute drive!! No Laundry onsite, but a super clean and well-reviewed public laundromat is a mile away-- only a 5 minute drive.

The space:
This is a studio efficiency space with a fully equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a combined living/sleeping space.

With a nice sofa, a reclining chair, and a full sized bed, guest have plenty of room to enjoy the COZY space.

Guests can also enjoy a nice relaxing outdoor space with a fire pit.

BEAN BUNGALOW is a small bright space that comfortably accommodates two people in a great location close to downtown which is home to many San Antonio attractions.

This property upon which BEAN BUNGALOW is located has a main house and two smaller units. BEAN BUNGALOW is Unit B. There is a large yard around the space. There is one dedicated parking space inside the fenced area driveway (SPACE CLOSEST TO THE FENCE).
