Two full bathrooms are located around the house, making it easy to get ready for the day. Both bathrooms offer essential toiletries and fresh towels.

The Primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the Common bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite snacks, a tasty cup of coffee, and a lovely meal for the whole family. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and cook/bakeware. There is complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for you and your whole family to enjoy.

You can enjoy your meals in the dining room that can seat up to 10 or even relax at the backyard dining table seating up to 10.

The open living area makes visiting between the kitchen and lounge easy. The entertaining living room is the perfect space to log into your favorite streaming platform and binge-watch the newest shows, have a family game night, or simply curl up with a good book on the comfy sofa. Bar seating and console table behind the sofa provides extra seating for family and friends!

The fenced-in backyard gives your family and friends a sense of privacy. Relax in the pool and hot tubs, play cornhole, grill up tasty meals, and light up the fire pit; all to your hearts' content! Makes your evenings spent outdoors a delight with s’mores and conversation.

Last but not least, our garage game room is a cooled off corner of the home where you can play foosball, ping pong, life size Connect Four/Jenga, or Pacman and Marvel arcade games. Or if you prefer to spectate, make yourself a drink at the kitchen coffee bar or bar cart in the dining room, and bring it out to enjoy while relaxing on the hanging chairs or on the barstools.

All spaces are open for your use, other than two locked supply closets within the house.

**Please note that at this time, our private property is NOT ADA compliant or wheelchair accessible. That means we do not have accessible parking, ramps, or bathrooms.**
Other things to note
Please note there is pool servicing and maintenance twice a week - Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. Technicians will enter through the left side gate of the house.

Pool & spa have the ability to be heated using a remote control inside the home.

We are DOG FRIENDLY and charge a pet fee of $100 for up to 2 dogs. Please select the number of pets you will be bringing when booking, and the fee will be included in the overall rate. Cats are not allowed at this time.
