Slott i San Antonio

“I like the old building the elevators were very dirty. The staff was great. Need to make some upgrades on things.”

“We got a room at first and when we were entering there were other guests in that room. So we walked down to change and it took 45 min. The room we got at last was very dirty and the ac don’t work. We complained and got transferred the next day. The staff was very helpful. We would not come back however. Everything was in need of renovation and proper cleaning.”

“Great stay . Customer service was great. I highly recommend staying here. Close to everything. Great value”

“Helt ok prisvärt boende. Ganska begränsad frukost men i vanlig ordning så får man de man betalar för.”

“Ok vistelse med Amerikansk frukost som är av låg klass.”

“Rymligt rum och stort badrum. Bekvämt och sköna sängar. Det enda vi kan klaga på är att duschen inte blev varm. Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Stor och god frukostbuffé. Hotellet låg minuter från Alamo och riverwalk. ”

“Disappointed. The hotel’s location was great: close to downtown and the River Walk. The price was low too. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. Looking back, I wish I had paid a little more to stay somewhere else. The online photos were misleading. The lobby looked nice, but the rest of the hotel did not match it. The rooms and hallways felt old, worn down, and poorly maintained. It felt like someone tried to put lipstick on a pig. In my room, it looked like someone had...

“Everything was great! I would have wished for a less expensive breakfast and better housekeeping. But it was great and I would recommend it!”

“Loved Everything”

“Everything was fine with the hotel, also the closeness to the city center as well as the very fresh HEB food store nextby.”

“There was no hand soap in the restroom, no courtesy water bottles nor glasses To drink water”

“I’m very happy to have chosen this hotel. It’s very clean and friendly people.”
