Everything you need was there. large yard, good barbecue area, good social room, the pool was clean and looked after every day by a pool guy. 3 min drive from cozy montecarlo, lots of restaurants. grocery stores nearby. “We recieved a warm welcome by Mr. Chiappa, and the place is truly wonderful. The house itself is compact (and the stairs even more so), but large enough for the 4 of us. “Fint hus i fint skick och bra standard! Inte slitet alls. Stor pool, men den Ă€r iskall. Huset ligger enskilt i en dal, vilket har bĂ„de för och nackdelar. BegrĂ€nsad morgon och eftermiddagssol. Vi hyrde in kocken Morena till huset tvĂ„ kvĂ€llar, vilket var mycket bra! God mat i mĂ€ngder! Det negativa var att huset var dĂ„ligt stĂ€dat och alla leksaker och cyklar var trasiga.”

“ Very nice house and the pool was great to have. My wife and I and our 2 teenage boys had a great time. The location is awesome. The location was perfect. The views are the BEST. Just Amazing!! The town center had restaurants and cafes and shops. Of course Gelato. All locals. Close to Luca went the summer Concert Series. Scorpions. The road up is definitely a little bit of a challenge but as long you go slow after a few times you get used to it. ”

“Our time in the villa was fantastic. The house is on the top of a hill with splendid view over the city of Camaiore which is only few min drive and close to supermarket and restaurants. "Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "
