Vårt semesterbostadsuthyrningshem är ett 3 sovrum, 3 badrum tre-nivå hem med varje sovrum och badrum på olika nivåer. Varje sovrum har tillgång till eget badrum.

Vi köpte den för ungefär tio år sedan och har totalrenoverat den inom och utanför. Köket har nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt gas. Hemmet är naturligtvis väldigt ljust med alla nya vinylfönster, dörrar och takfönster med dubbla fönster. Badrummen har nya skåp med bänkskivor i granit, nya fåfängar, ljus och speglar.

Vi erbjuder massor av leksaker både inom och utanför! Cyklar, Boogie-brädor, strandstolar, sandleksaker! Varje rum har en platt-TV, DVD-spelare, kabel-TV. Vi har gott om spel, kort för familjetid! Det finns tre däck för mamma och pappa att njuta av ett glas vin eller kaffe på morgonen. Vi har också en uteplats mot gränden med fullt bord och stolar. Glöm inte Weber Gas BBQ.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget privat däck med utsikt över Mission Bay. Det mellersta sovrummet har en dubbel våningssäng med tvåbäddsrum på toppen och utdragbar dubbelsängssäng på botten. Det nedre sovrummet har två queen size-sängar.

Alla madrasser och sängkläder är av hög kvalitet och madrasserna är Sealy kudde toppar. Vi har travertinplattor i entréer, kök och badrum. Det finns 3 däck och en uteplats framför för att njuta av kaffe eller ett glas vin.

2-bilgaraget har direkt tillgång till hemmet. Garaget är utrustat med 4 vuxna cyklar, 5 boogiebrädor, solstolar och handdukar. Naturgas Weber Gas BBQ ligger utanför köket på köksdäck på andra våningen. Vi tillhandahåller en dubbel 2. 4 Ghz./5 Ghz. TRÅDLÖS höghastighetsrouter, trådlös skrivare, TV-apparater med DVD-spelare i varje sovrum och filmer (minst 25). Tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i det dubbla garaget. På begäran kan vi tillhandahålla extra barncyklar, barnvagn, port-en-spjälsäng och barnstol.

Inom en kort promenad finns flera lokala restauranger, deli, caféer och mer. Dessa restauranger är inte kedjor utan lokala! Restaurangerna inkluderar The Mission, Saskas, Rubicon Deli, Pizza och mer! Stora livsmedelsbutiker shopping är ungefär 1/2 mil norr om Mission Blvd.

Loved Our Stay

The home was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. It supplied all the amenities listed and more. The location and walking distance to the beach and other places was very easy. This was perfect for my family of 8. I would stay again.

The location is great, plenty of towels, paper products & kitchen supplies. Measuring cups were the only thing missing. Having four bikes was great, lots of chairs for the beach and sand toys for the kids. They even had plenty of beach towels. The washer & dryer were a big plus. We weren't able to park both out vehicles in the garage unfortunately. One was a Highlander the other a Tesla. We ended up parking over by the Marina overnight which was not a big inconvenience. The furniture in the living room was mostly patio furniture, which wasn't very comfortable so we didn't spend much time in that room.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a fabulous location, the garage was fully stocked with all the beach extras. The housekeeping service did not do a great job but when brought to the owners attention she addressed it immediately.

Happy Independence Day

We planned our trip about a month in advance. We were lucky enough to find this condo near Mission Bay. It was exactly as expected. We were close to the bay and close to the ocean. The condo was roomy and had enough space for all of us. We were able to wash our laundry when we needed and make most of our meals. The owners responded to our messages within minutes each time. We had everything we needed. There were only two things I would have wanted but didn’t have: measuring cups and stirring spoons (for cooking). Everything else was great and I did fine without those items. We loved using the beach gear to enjoy time at the bay and the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. My kids are ready to plan another trip to that same place. Because it was a holiday week, there were even more tourists than usual with lots of party’s. Even though that isn’t our scene, we felt safe and comfortable the entire week. The best part was being able to bring our small dog. He did great while we were there and we loved that we didn’t have to leave him behind.

Great stay!

We were there to celebrate our son’s SDSU college. We loved having the option of being on the calm bay on day and then the ocean a short block away in the other side. The bikes were fun to take out on the bike paths. Many places to eat a short walk away. Mission Beach is a happening place with close living. Alley is narrow and can be hard to get two cars in. We were able to do it with a Tesla and Honda CRV. Nice to have a secure parking spot.

Great home

We had a great time celebrating the bride to be! Enjoyed the large table to feed everyone, the large master bedroom to relax in and watch movies, the quiet location, the garage space for two vehicles, the supplies in the kitchen and the care that goes into making it a cozy feeling and fun place.

Awesome house, great location

My husband and I stayed here May 2025 with our 3 kids-ages 10 months 5 and 8 years old, and my mom and mother in law. This house was the perfect size for all of us and had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues that came up, but Tom and Joanne fixed them immediately. The location of the house was awesome. A 1 min walk to the Bay and a 2 min walk to Mission Beach. The bicycles and sand toys made the trip even better. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Best location on Mission Beach

Home was in a great location in the narrowest section of land between Mission Beach and Mission Bay which made it a short walk to get to both sides. The communication with the owner was excellent and home was as described. It was nice to have a bedroom on each of the three floors for differing bed times. The home is well stocked and this is the first vacation rental we have stayed at that we did not need to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels.

WONDERFUL Location, Comfortable, attractive design

Easy to access the property and the garage--important on a rainy night. We were delighted with "The Mission" a restaurant a short walk away. The water was never far away, either the ocean waves or the bay ripples. Super convenient to get to the things we wanted to see, including Cabrillo National Monument, Little Italy, and the Midway. The house was beautifully stocked with TP, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, bath towels, kitchen towels, ice cube trays, spices, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, etc. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. This is a very light-filled house with skylights and and four patio areas, There are bikes, boogie boards, folding beach chairs and everything you would need to have outdoor fun at the beach! It is pleasant to relax and read or chat at the house as well as get out and be active. We can hardly wait to visit again for another relaxing, delightful vacay!!

Nice place, great location!

Perfect location, right between the beach and the bay. Very walkable and very close to many restaurants, a mile from the grocery store, and was only about 15 mins from everywhere in San Diego that we wanted to visit.The house itself had all the amenities we needed and the floor plan was nice with an area for everyone to spend time together but also gave everyone their own little space. The host was also great and very quick to respond with any questions or information on the area!Thanks so much!

Great Stay

Location was perfect, right in the middle of beach and bay. Supermarket less than 1 mile away, restaurants very close by and walkable. All SD attractions were 15-20 mins max from the house. Joanne was a great host and very easy to get a hold of.

Excellent location

A girls trip for me and my sisters. The location was amazing! Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, shopping and the beach. Ready drive to airports and other shopping or entertainment. The house and beds were comfortable and clean and we thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Nice place, excellent location

My family & I enjoyed our stay here. And you can’t beat the location! Mission bay on one side & the ocean on the other. Lots of local shops & eats in walking distance. The extras in the garage were great! Bikes & beach stuff for all ages. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. There were still used grounds in the coffee maker. Some of the towels were still damp & every shower/bath had mold& mildew.

Sunny and Close to Beaches and Bay

Charming beach house— clean, sunny, well-furnished, close to everything. A bedroom and bath on each floor made it easy for a multi-generational family visit. Comfortable beds. The hosts were very welcoming. Thanks, Joanne!
