    Det är en skönhet i tre våningar. Köket, matsalen och familjerummet med en 80 "böjd Smart TV och soffsektion i bottenvåningen tillsammans med den överdimensionerade uteplatsen med extra stora sektioner som omger en gaseldstad, matbord för 8 och inbyggd gasbbq.
    Ta trappan eller hissen till 2: a våningen och andra familjerummet med en 80 "smart böjd TV med sektionssoffa för din njutning. Det finns två sovrum på andra våningen båda med privata badrum. balkongen utanför familjen har enastående 180 graders utsikt eller stranden och bryggan.
    Tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare och strykjärn och strykbräda.
    Återigen ta trappan eller hissen till master retreat med privat kontor för två. Ett massivt badrum med dubbla handfat och dusch, hans och hennes garderober. Sovrummet har underbar utsikt från sängen eller extra stor balkong med plats för 5 eller mer. Synpunkter fortsätter för evigt. Allt sovrummet har 50-tums TV-madrasser och Tempur Pedic-madrasser.
    Två stora garage, utomhusdusch och enkel parkering i närheten för dagliga gäster. Tyvärr ingår inte strandhanddukar.

The location was fantastic—easy access to both the beach and bay, with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The whole family had a great time, and we'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

This is a beautiful property just a few minutes walk to putting your feet in the water. Check in was a breeze and Fabi was extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family and included the master bedroom which is the entire 3rd floor. Everything was immaculate and there were amenities included we were not expecting (beach chairs, beach toys, etc.) Also, the large outdoor space was used a lot and we are already talking about coming back next year! A wonderful place for a family vacation.

This was a last minute amazing find for a 5 day spring break trip w/our 3 tweens. Perfect location, super clean and plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. We just stepped out back to the sand and could walk to the ocean. 10 minute drive to balboa park, old town, and sea world. Definitely going back. Only takeaway, if you aren't familiar w/alley entry homes (we are) don't get an oversized sized car loved it!

Great property and perfect location. Only complaints were the WiFi was very slow and the cellular coverage in that area wasn't great either. The WiFi showed 30MB when I tested it but it was terrible every time we connected so I think it is something in the router slowing things down. Also, the beds were very basic, kind of odd for such a nice house but I think this is because the home was also for sale. FYI, you do have to drive to the office about 2 miles away to pickup and drop off keys. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

The house was great and was exactly what we needed for our vacation with adult kids. The house was clean, the communication with the host was clear, and the views of the bay and the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor were great.

Kitchen stocked with just about all the pots and pans etc that we needed. Location was perfect with great views from the second and third story balconies. We were far enough away from busy Belmont Park but close enough for an easy walk there if we wanted to shop, etc. We had the entire home to ourselves which was wonderful since we had two little ones in our group. Home was very clean.

We enjoyed most of our time at the beach. Being on the sand was great for the grandkids. Nice setup with a bathroom per bedroom. Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. Guests need to know about the property being in a flight path. We had a few disruptive maintenance issues with a shower head that popped off requiring multiple plumbing visits. Despite "repairing" one of the toilets, the downstairs bath ran constantly during our stay. It was a pleasant week, but not sure if worth the price all considered.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property & great location! Steps from the ocean. Best feature was each bedroom had an attached bathroom!! Views were incredible from 2nd & 3rd floor balconies.

The house was a great size for 8 people. On the sand but not directly on water . The walk to the boardwalk for restaurants was fabulous from the house . We thoroughly enjoyed the seating area outside , spent most of our time there relaxing after seeing sites …definitely Uber wherever you want to go ! The beds were comfy and the 5 bathrooms were great for a large group . We were disappointed that there were no starters for the laundry or not more towels . Recommend at least 6 towels per bathroom . All tvs worked except the one in the back bedroom we could not get it to connect . The property manager sent all info at time of booking so we knew all the rules . Great place to stay if you want to be near the boardwalk and in uber distance of many Cali sights . Thanks for the Cali memories on the sand

Absolutely worst company/host I've ever dealt with my entire life ! Renter beware stay away from this bully/false advertising aggressive host you will regret it ! Home is beautiful so it's a shame but I wouldn't rent from this owner and company if it was free. No hot water , no internet , no to working , no maintenance calls after 5pm or help ? Lie and call me about missing keys etc after my stay just to charge me from my deposit I have no idea how these people are still in business ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Really enjoyed our stay! Awesome house

House was in a great location and everything was seamless. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well stocked with essentials and since we were all traveling from different places… that made it really easy for us to just arrive and enjoy!

Family beach vacation

We loved this home and location on Mission Beach! Home was clean, and had a great patio with for pit, and outside dining. Easy access to beach and park! We will for sure make this a yearly stay! Thank you!

Perfect spot in South Mission

Four couples stayed in this beautiful property. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Access to the property was easy although we had to go offsite to get keys. The property manager was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location all the amenities

Perfect place for a large family gathering. Very clean and comfortable and Had everything you could need for cooking and family fun on the beach. Bring ear plugs, planes are very loud starting at 6 a.m. could also use hand soap at kitchen sink and no laundry soap was procided.

Incredible location

We couldn’t have found a better place for our extended family trip! With 9 of us, including kids, the property was spacious and comfortable for everyone. Each room was well-appointed, offering plenty of space and privacy, while the common areas were perfect for gathering together. The location was absolutely incredible—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful, relaxing, with an incredible view. We all had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our vacation.

The location if the house is amazing. The outside patio area was really nice. The house is lovely. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc., were much appreciated. The kitchen is not stocked with anything except pots, pans, plates & utensils. No spices, oil, vinegar, etc. The salt & pepper shakers were empty.

Ideal beach side getaway for all ages

We stayed here with our family and friends with kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our mid winter break getaway - basking in the sun, playing in the sand, strolling along the beach trail, fun with volleyball and cozying up by the patio fireplace around sunset - we had an amazing time.Peter and his team were very responsive and accommodating. In short, this felt like a cost effective, short duration was like a Hawaiian kind of vacation
