Our Sail Bay air-conditioned beach condo is just steps from the sand, offering a rooftop deck with bay views, gentle bay breezes and picturesque sunsets. It provides easy access and close proximity to all the incredible attractions this vibrant city of San Diego has to offer. Beyond the beach, you'll reach most attractions in San Diego in less than 20 minute drive. Sunset Cliffs, Cabrillo Monument, Zoo, Padres Ballpark, USS Midway Museum , Sea World (5 mins), San Diego airport (15 mins).

Step inside and relax in a cozy family room featuring a fireplace and a large screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities you need to whip up delicious meals.
Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on the balcony, which also boasts a convenient propane BBQ for cookouts.
The first floor of our condo offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a detached full bathroom with shower. Additionally, a laundry room is available on the first floor.
Continuing to the second floor, you'll discover the comfort of two master bedrooms, each featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite full bathrooms, and walk-in closets, providing ample storage space for your belongings. One of the master bedrooms has a balcony.
For your entertainment needs, all bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring Roku devices, offering access to a wide range of streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. For those that need to do a little remote work, workspace is available.
The rooftop patio is a hidden gem, accessible via stairs from the second floor. This private patio provides the perfect setting for relaxation or dining under the sun or stars and offers a picturesque backdrop of the bay.
You will have access to entire condo and our own rooftop patio.
When it comes to security and convenience, our condo has you covered. With a secure gated entry and dedicated gated parking for two cars, you can have peace of mind knowing your vehicles are safe and easily accessible.
No need to pack a lot! Kitchen is stocked with all necessities. We have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach wagon and plenty of toys for your use while here.

Everything that was promised and more! This place was fully stocked with anything you could ever want. Location was fantastic and the rooftop was amazing! Check-in was easy. Communication with hosts was fast. We would stay here again! We had plenty of space with 6 adults.

Perfect San Diego Stay

We loved staying at this fresh, lovely, cozy apartment! Very nice bedrooms for our three couples. Stylish and comfortable common space for hanging out. 2 balconies and a roof top. So clean! Easy walk to Mission Bay, the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet street. The perfect San Diego home base.

A perfect stay in PB

This property is ideal! Very nice and cozy. Unbeatable location, steps to the beach, 15-20 to all destinations we had planned. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with 3 teenage girls really worked out great. 2 parking spots was also helpful as street parking is impossible in that neighborhood. We hope to stay again next year!

Nice stay in San Diego beach area

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is a block from Mission Bay on a quiet side street. Best features: A well-stocked kitchen; a balcony on each living floor so there is always an opportunity to feel the beach air; and a roof-level deck that is very comfortably appointed with chairs and a high-top table! Even in December our family enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the roof deck. The parking spaces (two!) in the gated garage are easily accessible and not so tight to navigate with a vehicle as most we've stayed at previously. Washer and dryer worked fine. Be aware that (at least during our stay) there was no cable service for the TVs (three or four local channels could be tuned). You can connect the TVs to your own streaming entertainment (games, content) from your computer or game box over HDMI, but we missed a few football games. Tons of closet space for the bedrooms, and the two 2nd floor bedrooms are fairly spacious. Thanks for the nice visit!

Great location, steps to the beach. 3 couples stayed here. very comfortable. Enjoyed some relaxing movie time. Spent time with family. Did some attractions. Called owners in regards to the TV. They Responding immediately..I would stay here again!

This is a nice place to stay. Easy access to beach and attractions. Enjoyed rooftop dinners. Only two small negatives, countertop was sticky and BBQ grills needed wire brushing. Not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

Great family getaway

Everything about the property was great, especially the location only 5 minutes from Pacific Beach with shops, restaurants, and easy access to both the I-5 and I-8. Spent mornings and evenings on the upper deck where the view was amazing. Beds were all comfortable and condo well stocked. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

A great place at 2 minutes walk from the beach that comfortably fits 6 people with 2 garage parking

A very decent place in a nice neighborhood with 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are 2 good size bedrooms on the second level with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Both the second level bathrooms have updated finishes. The beds are comfortable. The third bedroom is a small one located on the main level with full bathroom across the hallway. The kitchen is good size and well quipped with coffee maker, Keurig coffee cups, sugar, tea, oil, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and all utensils. The living dining area are little compact. The home is stocked with towels and there is washer/dryer as well. There is a roof top with ocean views but we were not able to enjoy it due to the rainy days in San Diego which was unusual. It will be wonderful if the cleaning crew will do a thorough cleaning job to make the place spic and span! It will nice if the dinner plates are replaced as a few were chipped. It will be awesome if the carpet and rugs are shampooed. Overall it is a very nice place for 6 people and close to many locations and restaurants! The host is very prompt in communication. I will certainly stay here again.
