Welcome to CASA SUNSET in San Diego, where the cotton candy sunsets views can't be beat. Open floor plan home, great for gathering and spending time together. Hang outside and soak in the perfect weather and gorgeous canyon views! Brand new appliances and furniture and 2 minute drive and walkable to Snapdragon Stadium. About 10-15 min from SeaWorld, beaches, La Jolla, N Park & DT San Diego. This home on a quiet street in San Diego will be the perfect place to see all that San Diego has to offer!

New modern open kitchen with dedicated island bar. 3 stunning bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, a 60" Samsung smart TV in the living room, open backyard and central A/C.

ROOMS-Primary room has a KING size bed with a private bathroom. Second room has a QUEEN bedroom and a dedicated work space. Third room has a FULL bed with perfect access to the backyard views. All memory mattresses are extremely comfortable with hotel quality crisp white linens & towels for your convenience and a fall size standing mirror for you to get ready in. Rooms are all decorated with attention to details and comfort. Each of the bathrooms all have hair dryers, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & gel body wash. In the hallway cabinet 4 beach towels are also provided for guests to use. Each bedroom has an extra blanket in the closet.

Kitchen is open, spacious and has a Keurig (pods and ground) coffeemaker, pour over, microwave, blender, toaster, cocktail maker set, a dishwasher and a huge quartz kitchen island where you there's bar seating for those who want a quick bite. Kitchen is also FULLY stocked with all cooking utensils, pots/pans & appliances you need for cooking. Stove has a electric range and a large farmers sink. You can also catch the TV from the kitchen so you can keep up with all the sport games and movies.

Dining room has a table for 8. Dining room table or kitchen island are perfect areas to sit and work at as well. To get you started upon your arrival, we do provide a salt & pepper shaker, 6 complimentary coffee pods, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, extra trash bags, cleaning spray, sponge, and extra paper towel roll. A first aid kit is also provided in the bar cabinet.

Living room has a comfy couch along with a couple of leather seats with a 60" TV along with High-speed (1 GB) internet connection - perfect for those who need speed for work. Media cabinet has several board games such as Tacos and Burritos, Do You Know Your Family, playing cards and puzzles. We also have a vintage Sony record player with several vinyls available, choose one and enjoy your morning coffee with some crisp music!

Backyard features a brand new BBQ, a comfortable seating area/couch with a propane fire pit to hang out and relax in. Also has a dining table that seats up to 6 with an umbrella for those sunny days, a corn hole game, jenga, and connect 4.
