📷To help keep our guests and property safe, we’ve installed security cameras on the outside front and back doors of the unit. These cameras are outdoor-only and do not record any interior spaces. Your privacy is fully respected inside the home.

📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels.

‼️REGULAR MAINTENANCE‼️

🌿 Lawn Care:

Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, typically visits once a month — usually during the 2nd or 3rd week of the month around 9 AM earliest (weather permitting) to mow the lawn and keep everything looking fresh.



🗑️ Trash Collection Service:

We partner with a reliable can-runner service to manage trash for you. They come before collection day (Tuesday) to make sure the bins are placed out on time — so you don’t have to worry about it!



📌There is a water dispenser in the home, but it is NOT in use. The tap water is safe for drinking.
