Lyxig gated Mission Bay Estate med Resort Style Pool!

Detta nyligen renoverade hem med 5 sovrum har 6 queen size-sängar i stora, rymliga rum, plus 4 badrum. Den här fastigheten är helt grindad och privat.

Den här kronans juvel är det pooldäck i resortstil, komplett med jacuzzi, solstolar, täckta cabana, hängande stolar, ping pongbord och alla pooltillbehör du kan drömma om. Detta är den perfekta poolen för att underhålla och njuta av utomhusbaren!

Viken och stranden ligger inom 5 minuters bilresa och detta hem är verkligen nära allt som San Diego har att erbjuda.

Inuti är det nyligen renoverade köket fullt utrustat för att laga en högtid, med nya köksskåp och bänkskiva i granit, plus helt nya anpassade trägolv, ingen detalj har ignorerats. Njut av utsikten över bukten och staden från den privata matterrassen medan du njuter av San Diego vädret och grilla på den rostfria BBQ.

Sovrummen är fördelade mellan tre våningar, så detta är ett bra hus för dem som reser i stora grupper men vill ha integritet. Om du besöker San Diego för ett bröllop, arbete, ComicCon eller familjefunktion, är detta hem åt dig.

Nedervåningen hittar du en generös stor master-svit med eget badrum och klädkammare, som vetter ut mot poolen; det perfekta stället för en lugn kopp kaffe på morgonen.

Nedervåningen är också ett generöst sekundärt sovrum med dubbelsäng och spjälsäng. Rummet ska uppdateras med en våningssäng med dubbelsäng, med uppgraderade madrasser och sängar som är tillräckligt stora för vuxna i slutet av juni 2019. Detta sovrum öppnar också upp till poolen.

Två stora sovrum båda med queen size-sängar och ett delat badrum är på huvudnivån. Och på tredje våningen finns två queen size-sängar i ett rum med gott om plats och ett delat badrum.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Ali's home. It is perfectly located for any and all adventures in the San Diego area. The pool was fantastic after a day of waves or seeing the sights. The breeze on the deck made for perfect dining and fireworks viewing. We did not feel crowded and enjoyed having many ares in which to spread out.The kitchen was fully stocked. In fact I don't think I have ever encountered so many pans outside of Williams-Sonoma!Ali was a wonderful host and totally accessible to us. It was a pleasure working with him.

Great place

Lovely home, spacious, clean, plenty of bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent pool and spa area. Great location easy to get anywhere in the city. Can see seaworld fireworks from the deck.

nice place

the house was nice and accommodating for 9 of us. the pool was perfect and each bedroom provided comfortable beds. there was plenty of room for all of us.the only issue came with the wifi (not working) and the outlets throughout the house were not functional. the plug fell out of the outlets and we had to use the kitchen or one bathroom with gfi. a little frustrating but we managed.overall the house served our purpose and we had a great time.

Great house in a great location!

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for everyone, beds were very comfortable. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub area as well as a nice patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We loved walking down to Bay Park coffee every day for a fresh cup of delicious coffee. Ali was very responsive to any questions we had. We made great memories on our trip and would gladly stay again!

Just Okay

Check in went very smooth. Communication with property manager was very good. Pictures on VRBO are a bit deceptive. They appear to have been taken years ago. The property as a whole is run down and really needs some serious TLC.

Stayed here with 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 4 kids 6 and under.Pros:- Great location, close enough to the beach and seaworld- Gorgeous view- Very comfortable beds- Plenty of space for 10 people- Pool and hot tub was nice (we did pay to heat it)- Full size crib provided as well as a high chairCons:- Furnishings are very grand/not child friendly- Some exposed wires - HVAC system was a little confusing to use- TV was a little confusing to useOverall, if you need the space and don’t plan on spending much time at the house this would be a great option. We really enjoyed using the pool area and everyone slept great because the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Great for a big group

We chose this property for the number of rooms/beds and bathrooms. It was great for our group of 9 people. Location was easy to access balboa park, Coronado island, La Jolla , and the San Diego waterfront. We had a few issues with the spa/pool but was able to have a pool technician address them. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Birthday trip

There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to relax and hang out. Beautiful view!!! Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Plenty of dishes and more than sufficient WiFi for our family. Furniture and / or decor needs to be updated. Electrical outlets need to be assessed as there are several that do not work. TV instructions in the binder should be updated as well for each room. Overall, we had a great time! It was a nice rental.

Great Place

We had a group of 11 of us stay here for an extended weekend and had a great experience. We loved the central location of the property with everywhere we wanted to go being within 15ish minutes in any direction. The layout of the property as well as pool set up allowed for plenty of room for all of us. The host was very responsive for any questions we had, and we would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location but the house is tired

First the positivesThe location is great and the checkin process was very smooth. This is a true 5 bed with large bedrooms and a great number of bathrooms. Owner is responsive to issues and clearly has good procedures. The negativesThe house is tired, the photos must be from several years ago and there are a lot of scrapes on the walls and areas that are plain worn out. All of the crockery is from different sets and there were only 3 wine glasses, not what you would expect in a house like this. The pool are outside also was in need of a Pressure wash.Overall a d bag, a big, well proportioned house on a great area but the current condition of the house and its contents is very tired.
