The Space:

Beautiful Mission Bay is a mere short steps from the front door and famous Mission Beach is just a short stroll until your feet hit the sand. The three bedrooms are perfectly situated with the primary being an en-suite complete with king bed and bathroom with gleaming shower, along with two additional guest bedrooms each with their own comfy queen beds. All rooms have flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. There is a combo shower/tub guest bathroom as well. The sunny living room flows into the lavish kitchen and dining for the ideal gathering space - relax, cook, and take in the coastal breeze. Delight in a cup of coffee in the sleek, bright kitchen at the breakfast bar with three barstool seats, and savor a casual lunch or sundown dinner at the dining table which accommodates six people. The kitchen features polished countertops and stainless steel appliances to create all your favorite dishes, but you can also grill outside should you desire. Sliding doors open to the balcony off of the living room which boasts a bay view and covered lounge space, plus there is a spacious entry patio complete with table/chairs, and firepit for watching sunsets and open air dining. You'll also enjoy the the BBQ and outdoor shower! For added satisfaction, there are air conditioning systems throughout the home, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeper sofa couch, and one compact parking space in the garage. This home is where guests can unwind and enjoy the beach lifestyle in a relaxed, yet splendid atmosphere!

Mission Beach is a popular community located on a sandbar between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay in San Diego. The beach itself is long and wide with fun waves and is family-friendly. Mission Beach offers a wide variety of activities to do, both on land and in the water. Here are some popular activities:

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Puzzles and board games provided.

- This property has two levels so there are stairs. The main level is entrance, laundry and garage. The second level includes the living/dining spaces and all bedrooms/baths.

- There is one garage parking space for a compact vehicle. Large cars will not fit in the space. There is street parking otherwise.

- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

- No pets allowed.
