Ocean Mist II is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, two story unit just two houses from the ocean front in Mission Beach. Sleeps 8, ocean views, city views, close to Belmont Park, a/c, gas bbq, outdoor shower, patio seating, cable TV.

718 Island Court is an ocean court vacation townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and direct entry 2-car tandem garage. Because you are just a short two house walk to the ocean, and on the second floor, this home has great water views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the ocean facing deck with white water views.

The floorplan of this building can be hard to explain, but it goes a little something like this: 718 Island Court occupies half of the first floor and the entire second floor with both an interior and exterior stairwell for access. The second floor living space features the kitchen, living room, dining area, private laundry, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The living and dining areas have access to the ocean facing deck. Dining seating inside for 6 and outside for 4.

The décor features all new wood grain tile and new carpet in the bedrooms, alder wood cabinets in the kitchen, lots of light and windows with great style and fun color schemes. Amenities include a full-size stacked washer & dryer, cable TV, WIFI, central heat and air. There are also flat screen TV’s and a fully equipped kitchen with extra cupboard space. Everything that you need in your home away from home.

Looking for a little horizontal time? The main floor bedrooms are the master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom, and the second bedroom with a Queen bed, a balcony and bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a Full/Twin Bunk combo, a half bath, and sliding doors that open to the ground floor patio.

If you plan on bringing a few more people with you, remember that both 718 Island Court and 716 Island Court can be rented together and create one large living space for an occupancy up to 15. There is a shared 4 car garage with designated tandem spaces to park 2 cars each. Both together are perfect for family reunions, birthday celebrations, special anniversaries, and any other occasion that calls for extended family to get together. And remember, if you need to escape your family for a while, the beach is only two houses away!

Just two houses from the ocean front. Outdoor shower, private ground floor patio with gas BBQ, private balcony off the living/dining areas with seating for 4, and private balcony off Bedroom Two.

Nestled between Pacific Beach on the north side, and Belmont Park on its southern side, Mission Beach offers a lively and robust variety of activities in the sun, surf and sand. From hot dog stands to fine dining eateries, hot night clubs to street performers, expect to find all kinds of free-spirited beach goers in a fun, carnival-like atmosphere along the sandy shores.

Public transportation is not abundant or super convenient in the San Diego beach areas. Lyft and Uber are quite popular.
