Strandhus med havsutsikt 2 hus från stranden! Cyklar / boogie boards, och mer

Nautical Beach House bara 2 hus till sanden. Sovplatser 5-6. Fantastiskt främre däck med utsikt över sand och vatten med 6-sitsig eldstads-matbord och all-weather rotting soffa. 2 sovrum båda med drottning sängar och en bonus nook off vardagsrum med en full storlek Murphy säng. Incheckning 3:00 PM Utcheckning 10:00.


1 badrum och 3/4 bad i ett av sovrummen. Alla sängkläder, sängkläder och möbler är i god form. Det är rent och dekorerat snyggt med mycket bekväma sängar och möbler. Detta är ett gammalt strandhus som vi har målade, möblerade och utrustade för att njuta av resenärer. Vi måste bygga om men fram till dess återspeglar priserna husens ålder. De flesta av våra hyresgäster är nöjda med vad som erbjuds till den kurs vi ber. Efter ombyggnaden kommer det att vara ett par hundra till per vecka. Om du letar efter något nytt och ombyggt kan det hända att det inte är för dig. Vi håller det rena och bekväma och erbjuder mycket, inklusive; alla strandbehov som stolar, handdukar, boogiebrädor, cyklar och mer. Gratis parkering i garaget. Ett bra däck som alla älskar, och viktigast av allt, bekväma sängar!

De myntautomater tvättstuga delas i garaget med en övervåningen separat 1 sovrum enhet. De har inte parkering i garaget, men har tillgång till tvättmaskin / torktumlare. De har också sin egen parkeringsplats och tillbaka ingången (deras utrymme till höger om garaget) De har inte tillgång till den främre uteplats däck.

Denna plats är så perfekt och så nära till havet och bukten. Du kan gå till havet bokstavligen i 30 sekunder och viken är bara en två minuters promenad. Det finns en lokal butik några kvarter bort för alla lager du kan behöva som, mjölk, bröd, eller smör, etc.

Awesome patio and location!

Our family had a great time in Mission Beach. The house is placed really close to the beach. Or yeah, both of the beaches. With our small kids we enjoy both the open ocean and the little cove on the other side. Inside the bedrooms are big enough for a family with two daughters and the kitchen works great for cooking both lunch and dinner. But the best part is the patio with the big round table and the sofa part. Its great for hanging out both during the day and night in a for Mission Beach calm and chill area. Would recommend to anyone who wants the best location and like to spend most of their vacation outside in the sun!

Amazing location! We only had a couple days here with 2 adults and 2 kids and would have wanted to stay longer! It was nice to be able to play in the big waves, but also go to the bay side as well. The house is stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. We didn't use the bikes but they were easy to get at in the garage. Another perk was the spicket outside by the gate for washing sand off your feet before going inside. Clean house, kitchen was well stocked, and we couldn't have been happier.

Your paying for the location which truly is amazing. It’s steps to the beach. The outdoor area is great. The home is quaint and clean. Perfect for small family. Host was attentive and welcoming. Also this is the quieter side of PB. If that’s what ya want , like a totally open beach just for u , it’s perfect.

If only I could rate our entire experience more than 5 stars! We rented this property back in August when we decided to spend Spring Break in San Diego. Having never rented a VRBO, we reached out with questions and our hosts were fantastic right from the jump. Not only were they responsive and helpful, it was like we became fast friends. The condo is so well stocked you need not bring much of anything - they even have beach towels. The property is so well maintained and offers a wealth of amenities. The location is fantastic - far enough away from the beach center so the beach felt private but close enough to enjoy everything. When we make it back to SD, we look forward to renting this property again.

Our getaway was wonderful at this cozy, beautiful beach home. It was a perfect long weekend with perfect weather. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies for sitting at the beach and even had bikes and boogie boards. It was very close to the beach and a nice walk to Belmont Park. The host was very responsive and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful house with all you could need for your stay (and more). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grill on the wonderful deck. I searched so many properties (I am a planner) I finally decided on this lovely house. I say stop searching and book this place. We had an excellent stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath home in Mission Beach. The layout was perfect—both bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made everything easy. The kitchen was a standout: clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay.The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, and having a garage in Mission Beach was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the bay, and local restaurants.We didn’t get the greatest weather (still nice as it is San Diego) one amazing sunset. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely book again on our next trip to San Diego!

This property was perfect for my family. We had a fabulous beach house stay while visiting my son’s college and Coronado. We enjoyed stepping out our beautiful front patio to play in the waves, watch beautiful sunsets, and walk to local restaurants and market. This property is perfect in every way! It is laid out so nicely and is very well furnished! Beds are so comfortable! We loved the few steps to the sandy beach and board walk. From our deck we had a perfect view of the sunset and could hear the waves. We didn't have a car but it was an easy walk to markets and great little take outs. We would go back for sure! Communication with the hosts was great!
