The living room offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for relaxation and entertainment, providing ample seating for everyone to unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, elegantly designed to host memorable meals and conversations.

The open kitchen, adorned with modern fixtures, includes a welcoming island with seating—a hub for casual dining and socializing while preparing delightful meals. Connected to the kitchen, a versatile office/sunroom provides a well-lit, tranquil space for work, reading, or soaking up the sun.

In the garage area, entertainment options abound, featuring a foosball table, air hockey, and a dart board, ensuring hours of lively play and friendly competition. For those eager to embrace the sunny outdoors, we offer a collection of beach essentials and toys, enabling you to make the most of the nearby sandy shores.

Master Bedroom - 'Driftwood':

Guest Bedroom - 'Sea Glass':

Adventure awaits in our nautical-themed bedroom, named 'Trade Winds', featuring a bunk bed with a full-sized mattress below and a twin-sized bunk above. We've got you covered! Our home is equipped to make your family stay as comfortable as possible for the children. We provide a pack n' play, crib sheets, a dining high chair and baby bathtub for kitchen sink use.

~Other things to note~
To ensure a serene atmosphere for everyone, we enforce a strict policy against disruptive noise that could inconvenience our neighbors. Given that this is a peaceful neighborhood, we kindly ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 9pm. Failing to comply may result in an additional charge.

We respectfully ask that no gatherings or events occur on the premises, in consideration of the calm ambiance of the neighborhood and our fellow residents. A breach of this guideline will result in an immediate end to your stay.
