Prime Location: Conveniently located just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of San Diego.

*Pool can only physically be heated April-October using Thermal Solar panels. Temperature should hopefully be around 75 degrees during the middle of March (depends on weather)*

Spacious & Comfortable
This property offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.

Outdoor Paradise
There is a total of 5 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor TV, so sit back and relax your favorite TV shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.

Queen blow up mattress also available to add extra comfort for larger parties.


A 7-person hot tub is available year round.

Cook up a storm in the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to feel at home.

Central Location
Property is 4 miles from Pacific Beach (10 minute drive). 10 miles from Gaslamp (18 minute drive).

Outdoor Games: Corn hole, connect four, and Giant Jenga

You`ll have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. We’re here to make your stay as seamless as possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

House Rules
To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 8 AM (Fri-Sat) and 10 PM - 8 AM (Sun-Thu) . Thank you for your understanding!

You have full access to the house. Just please don`t go on the sides of the house or near the pool equipment.

No cats allowed

Cancellations are subject to non-refundable third-party processing fees. Stripe payment processing fees (3%) and the Hostaway application fee (1%) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Once you are done with the hot tub, make sure to put the hot tub cover back on.

Please do not touch any of the pool equipment on the side of the house.

Please throw all used towels in the bathtub.

Do not strip the sheets off any of the beds.

Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Please do not flush anything down the toilets aside from toilet paper (this includes feminine products, paper towels, wet wipes).

If you have pets, please try to not allow them on the furniture.
