Detta 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum förtjusande fastighet ligger på en förstklassig plats i South Mission Beach bara 2 kvarter från bryggan. Med så mycket att erbjuda är du och gästerna belägna nära San Diego bästa strandattraktioner och aktiviteter (Belmont Park, restauranger, volleyboll, surfing, segling, cykling och fyrverkerier).

Bottenvåning: Det finns 2 sovrum på denna nivå, ett med en dubbelsäng och ett med en king-size säng (båda Tuft N 'Needle). Ett sovrum har franska dörrar som leder till uteplatsen. 1 badrum ansluter sovrummen (Jack and Jill-stil) och hallen har en extra garderob.

Family Getaway

Had wonderful time and house had everything we needed and more. Great location and bikes were a plus. Only drawback was parking situation, definitely not getting 2 cars in the garage with all the bicycles in there and good luck finding a parking spot no matter the time of day for a 2nd vehicle.

Seaside stay

This is a beautiful home, Located one block away from the beach. The local beach is very family friendly. Parking can be tough, this is a very congested area with lots of travelers. The home does have a garage to park in, but if you drive a full size SUV, it will not fit in the garage. The property has some beach, chairs, umbrellas, and other cool toys to enjoy.

Family Staycation

We enjoyed every minute at this home! Very comfortable and clean. So close to the beach and bay. Great outdoor patio for grilling and morning coffee. The beds are so comfy. A big dining room table is perfect for meals and games. We’re a big games family. Bikes, chairs, umbrella’s, boogie boards etc. were all available and we were so grateful they were provided. We grew up in the area and have since moved inland so it was so nice to go to old haunts on the bikes. Sunrise over the bay and sunset over the ocean made for beautiful photos. An altogether delightful beach house, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much to Bradley for the perfect weekend getaway.

Best time ever!

We rented Bradley’s beautiful home for my son’s graduation and were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the location was and beautiful the home was. Bikes were definitely a perk that we were so appreciative to have and the bbq and patio was perfect to celebrate with the family. We would absolutely stay again!!

Beautiful Home away from Home

We had an amazing time, and staying in a home like this during our vacation made it all the better! The house was clean when we arrived, and had all the necessities we needed! The beds were comfortable, towels were nice, the kitchen supplied all the things we needed. There was more than enough space and we loved spending time on the different outdoor spaces. We loved having access to a garage and washer/dryer, the bikes and beach items provided were great. I will say, we were expecting beach chairs and not camping chairs, so we maybe would have brought our own had we known that- that is just our preference :) Thank you, Brad for being a great and easy to talk to host! We hope to stay again one day!

Family-friendly beach house

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Mission Beach! It was a prime location with great beach access. We were not actually here for the beach but rather a great spot in San Diego, and this place was perfect for that, too! Easy drive to Carlsbad and also to downtown San Diego. Great for our large family! Thank you for the hospitality! Parking can be a little tricky. The city was working on the roads during our stay so the garage could not be accessed. Fortunately there was a free lot within a short walking distance. We would definitely return! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely place for a girls trip!

The house is as described. We all slept comfortably on the beds. Some things worn down and a little dirty (I can imagine it’s hard to ever fully get the sand out ever) overall we loved the location and had a wonderful stay!

Nice BUT…

We had 2 kids under the age 3 and there was wires sticking out the wall. No AC, fan didn’t help. Windows were open but so many flies and other bugs flew in. It said 2 car garage but could only fit 1 car. Furnitures didn’t match what was showed in the Vrbo app.

Mission Beach Getaway

The location of this house is great! It’s one short block from the beach, 15 minutes to the airport, 20-30 minutes to downtown (Little Italy & Petco Park). Beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the 2 showers, loved sitting on the front patio in the mornings, and it was really nice having a garage to park in because street parking in any beach neighborhood can be difficult (we had a Ford Explorer rental car and it fit in the garage parked at an angle). The only thing that needs some attention is there is a lot of wear & tear on the furniture in the living/dining room area and some of the furniture pictured is not what is in the house now and the doors to both upstairs balconies were difficult to close & lock. Overall, we had a great stay!

Excellent stay

In the process of moving. We stayed at the beach house for 3 days once we moved out of our home. Location was good, only downside was parking is a challenge. This unit does have a two car garage but you will need to have extremely small cars in order to fit anything in the small garage. Other than parking it was great.

Great place for our volleyball getaway!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and was a great set-up for eight adults. The powder room on the main floor was extra nice with a larger group. Bradley was very responsive to all my questions and easy to work with. He always got back to me quickly. It is a very close walk to the boardwalk and the volleyball courts, which is why we were there. The patio was very cute although we did not use it because we only visited a short time. I would highly recommend this property to other travelers!!
