This inviting, modern home features a dreamy backyard retreat, open-concept layout, cozy bedrooms, and dedicated garage. Inside, you’ll enjoy comfortable, upscale furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious living and dining areas flow seamlessly into an entertaining indoor game room with a ping pong table, arcade, and darts.

The home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably and is spread out across four bedrooms with flexible sleeping options:

You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the garage, spacious driveway, awesome outdoor spaces, and laundry area. Everything is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Jacuzzi heating is always free.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 12 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• One of the bedrooms is inside the garage, which has been partially converted.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.
