Quiet and clean.

The deck is large with lots of seating. Minor problems were resolved quickly. Comfortable bed. Large garage when compared to others in Mission Beach area. The living room is sunken, so there are steps to get up to the kitchen and to the bathroom and bedroom. The unit is reached by a long flight of stairs. Great location.

Short stay in San Diego

We were very happy with the accommodations, very clean and was accurate description. Only complaint is that there is a LOT of airplane noise. Every 12 - 15 minutes during the day, from 6 am to 12 pm. However, it was not so bad it took away from our visit.

Cute bungalow but needed a good cleaning

The dishwasher had a horrible smell. The bottom and sides had mold growing. I washed out with bleach water and ran a cycle, when I went back in the kitchen area the floor was covered in water from dishwasher. While cleaning water up from floor, found a dried french fry on the floor. When I went to ring out the towel the water was filthy. I cleaned the rest of floor and we couldn't belive the dirt. Behind the sink and stove had gunky stuff that needed cleaning and the sink had a plastic suction holder covered in mold.The cloth couch had stains on it, but was able to put a blanket over it to sit on. When we unfolded the couch for the bed, the mattresses pad had a yellow stain in the outside corner, but their was cleaning and washing supplies in the cabinet. Pleanty of bedding and pillows on hand.

Location and View

This property is fantastic! Has a front row view of the Bay, close walk to bay, beach and food; garage parking is for small SUV at most but plenty of street parking options as well, and great to be able to lock up boards, bikes etc. LOTS of stairs, one flight up to get in and it is multi level inside so if mobility is an issue may not be ideal. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking, we were there for Thanksgiving without any issues. The unit is small, but comfy bed, two closets in bedroom and a HUGE deck to sit out in the sun and watch VB on the beach below. We will be back!

San Diego vacation

Would definitely recommend. Deck looks out over Bay and ocean is literally a 2 min walk away. A couple restaurants/bars, markets, coffee and taco place steps away. Located within about 20 min everywhere we had planned to go. House itself clean and cutely decorated with everything we needed. Ceiling fan did not work when we arrived but they came out the next day and put a new one in.

Excellent location!

The patio and view of the bay were amazing! Great 1 bedroom unit and very clean. This unit had everything necessary for a great stay at the beach. Having the garage was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

May Stay

This was the perfect property for a couple. Great location on the south end of Mission Beach away from the crowds, but an easy walk if you want to join them! Very small cluster of restaurants near by, but an easy walk to the many more restaurants on Mission Beach. Property was clean and just as pictured in the listing. Property management team has excellent communication. We did not have any problems, but they checked in several times. One note, it was not obvious from the listing, but if you pay with a credit card, they take a credit card fee out of your deposit.
