The Perfect Beach House

Ett klassiskt strandhus ... allt du föreställer dig att ett strandhus ska vara ... det perfekta stället för din familjesemester. Det har varit professionellt inredda i en vacker och bekväm Nantucket-stil. Steg från sand / 2 havssidan däck / fantastisk havsutsikt från stora vardagsrummet och sovrummet ... all utsikt och integriteten! Koppla av i sängen och titta på vågorna! Detta är en enda familj 2 berättelse hem!

Stort första våningsdäck med picknickbord / adirondackstolar och stor gasgrill. Övervåningen däck är bort från sovrummet ... det bästa stället att koppla av med en bok och titta på vågorna eller äta en lugn middag. Den första våningen har uppdaterat golv, och övervåningen har ett välvt tak. Det finns 2 stora badrum ... ett på varje våning. Det perfekta stora kök med en djup diskbänk och uppdaterade bänkskivor. Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att underhålla inifrån och ut.

En övervåning som har ett bekvämt skrivbord och trådlöst internet (för dem som måste hålla kontakten med kontoret). Ett ljust, vackert och mycket välskött hem. Vi har haft flera familjer tillbaka flera gånger under de senaste 16 åren. Du kan koppla av i sängen och njuta av utsikten och ljudet från havet. Det ligger på en trevlig domstol i North Mission beach och en bekväm promenad till Crystal Pier och Belmont Park. Två kvarter bort från viken där du kan hyra surfbrädor, paddlartavlor, jet-skyer, kajaker, segelbåtar och till och med flytande badtunnor för att kryssa bukten (ja tyvärr är det sant!) vid Santa Clara Pt. Sportcenter.

We love our annual beach trip to the Perfect Beach House! The house is always so clean and the area is perfect! They are welcoming to fur-babies! The patio is always the place to hangout, bbq, play board games and enjoy the boardwalk/ocean. The Property Manager, Katie, is always the best host, she’s friendly and promptly responds to any questions. We highly recommend this home for your next getaway!

Best little cottage

We stayed here back in 2012 with our two young children and with since larger family haven’t been able to stay. But we recently stayed with just myself, 12 year old and 16 year old and we still love it! Love that is was all one house and your one private patio and balcony which are both good sizes! The house is immaculate and has everything you need! The outdoor shower behind one of the gates has hot and cold water which is nice coming off the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked the perfect place for our vacation. The decks were a dream—especially the top one, which gave us the perfect spot to watch the ocean, enjoy the breeze, and even do a little people-watching. It was the best of both worlds! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We also really appreciated how close we were to great restaurants, though the house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals too. The house itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having air conditioning was a huge plus, especially after a day in the sun. And every evening, we made sure to catch the sunset—it was absolutely magical from the deck. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and scenic beach escape.

Fabulous place, location location location

We had a wonderful time at this home. The outdoor decks were wonderful and you are right on the beach. Very pretty inside. The communication with the owner/manager was so fantastic. We would stay here again.

A nice long get away

We have stayed at this property several times before and we love it that is why we keep coming back. The beach house is perfect. There is plenty of cooking supplies. They keep the beach house maintained so you have great A/C, microwave, dishwasher and all bathrooms are in great working order. Great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. Every night I left sliding glass door open in primary bedroom to hear the ocean. We slept great!!! The porch is my absolute favorite place. I sat out every day looking at ocean and had a glass of wine with a good book. There is so much to do in San Diego that I have to keep coming back so I can see it all. I love all the places to eat too. My new favorite restaurant is called Moe’s and it’s about 900 feet from beach house. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beach house. Best place ever!!!

It is the PERFECT beach house

Our second time at this glorious property. Our favorite time is every evening on the upper deck watching families hang together, dogs getting their ya ya’s out, the pelicans “surfing” the waves and the dolphins joining the surfers. Then you have the sunsets, fantastic! If you want a place to kick up your feet, slow down and smell the roses this is it. Thank you Katie! You gave our family a much needed reset. Already booked again for next year :3)!!!

Incredible Location - Perfect Beach Cottage

Perfectly sized for our family of three! Stellar coastline views and ocean vistas. I didn't want to ever leave! Also unbelievably close to so many restaurants, bars, and groceries. A lovely walk to the Belmont section or the Pacific Beach pier. The parking spot is compact but very functional. We had a "small" SUV as per Budget - a Dodge Hornet - and had no trouble getting it inside the red line. House was well stocked with paper products & towels. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

This place was PERFECT!!

Wow! What a location! Absolutely amazing! Near everything yet far enough away that we didn’t feel crowded when we were on the beach. The house is beautiful and has a GREAT view of the water, it accommodated the 4 of us (3 humans+1 pup) perfectly and comes fully stocked. As others have stated the 2nd bedroom only has curtains, no door, so be aware of that if privacy is an issue. It wasn’t an issue for us so we actually loved it! We were also able to park our Large SUV behind the house, no problem. Most of the surrounding properties are rentals as well but we didn’t have any issues with noise while we were there, it was actually pretty quiet. The patio was a great spot to people watch pretty much anytime of the day, and the view of the ocean from there is very beautiful as well. You’ll find an even better view on the 2nd story balcony in the main bedroom, a great place to have your morning coffee. There’s a Ralph’s grocery store and quite a few places to eat all within walking distance, so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! Also within walking distance is Belmont Park which is a really cute little boardwalk park with an old wooden rollercoaster and your basic carnival/fair food. This property was just such a great place to unwind and relax in. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway and would LOVE to book this property anytime I’m back in San Diego again! 10/10!

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect and communication with property manager/owner was excellent. The location was great, easy check-in, interior was clean, beautifully decorated, with ACs and overhead fans and spacious outdoor patio. We loved it and extended our stay while there and already booked for our next getaway! Thank you for a great vacation!
