Mission Bay is walkable, the beach is just a quick 5-minute drive, and downtown, the airport, and major attractions like Balboa Park and the Zoo are 15 minutes away. Rideshares are readily available, and if you’re driving, the property includes convenient parking. Whether by car, bike, or on foot, exploring San Diego from this location is simple and stress-free.

📍 Please be aware that there is road construction happening in front of the house between April and May 23rd so you may need to park around the block and walk on the sidewalk to get to the house. There is ample free street parking so you don't need to worry about extra cost!
📍 This is a quiet neighborhood so the outdoor quiet hours starting at 10PM are strictly enforced including the hot tub area. Disturbing the neighbors may result in an early termination of your stay with no refund.
📍 Hot Tub: Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please rinse your feet before entering the hot tub to prevent sand and debris from accumulating in the water. Sand can cause damage to the system and require extensive cleaning. If any sand is found in the hot tub after your departure, a cleaning fee may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the hot tub in excellent condition. Thank you!
