“We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. “We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

“Disappointed on arrival with an unserviced house. Bed unmade, towels on floor, and trash in rental unit all from previous renter. Notified host with no call back. Had to use ring camera on porch. After three calls on ring door bell, we finally had Jordan answer who was cold and short. We were told we could stay for the night free and sleep there. We stated we didn’t want to sleep on someone’s else’s sheets. Jordan cut my wife off and said ok they would refund us. Our main problem was the host...
