“I missed an earlier communication from the host and therefore getting into the apartment was extremely difficult. Once we met the host and were admitted we had a wonderful time. The apartment, part of a noble palace built in the 1500s is a bit decrepit but everything works well and it is in the middle of the oldest “authentic” quarter of modern Naples. “For the price, this property deserves 5 stars. Check-in was simple, communication was excellent, and the host was very accommodating — even allowing us to easily extend our stay by an extra day.
