“Great location just next to the beach and the busiest part of Venice Beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. No issues with AC. Plenty of space in the room. Big fresh bathroom. Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.”

“This was my second stay at Fenix. Can't praise the staff enough, they are awesome. And the hotel itself; the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern, safe parking. There's not a single thing to complain about. If it's available, book it!”

“We had a great stay! The property was super spacious and had plenty of room for a large group. The host communicated well and it was easy to access. Walkable for food, groceries, etc. Nice rooftop balcony and patio area in the 1st floor. Would definitely stay again! ”

“We needed a place to stay for a week extremely last minute/day of do to a plumbing issue in our apartment and they were very accommodating of us and our large dog! Great communication throughout the stay and we really appreciated the pet treats and wine they left for us. ”

“The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. ”

"-Internet var sådär, den tappar rätt så ofta,svårt o lita på.. -Behöver måla linjerna bättre till Parkeringen så man ser var man står! Pool området behövs rustas upp!"

"Nice smaller hotel with great food and surroundings, convenient, great support and very service minded staff. A huge thanks to Kenneth who drove the shuttle bus to/from Universal studios. His help and guidances took us beyond expectations to a great experience. So thankful. Nice smaller pool area suitable for both families with kids and couples. "

"Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. "
