Vacker 1 sovrum lägenhet minuter till SFO i viktorianska hem (kan sova 4)

Vårt viktorianska hem med två enheter och byggdes 1906. Den nedre enheten är en helt separat lägenhet med 1 sovrum. Vi har gjort omfattande arbete med hem och land. Det är en dubbel storlek så att hälften av landet är anlagd med vattenfall och damm med fisk, över 15 sorter av Hawaiian och Polynesian växter och en expansiv gård. Observera på grund av den allvarliga torka vi har slutat vattna gräsmattan. Det är ett hem med två enheter, vi bor ovanför och Halekipa (gästhemmet) är på första nivån. Vår lägenhet med 1 sovrum har trägolv i bambu, matta i sovrummet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, uppdaterade apparater, queen size-säng och soffa i vardagsrummet. Den kan passa 4. Det finns extra kuddar, filtar, lakan och handdukar för dig också. Vi har också några saker för barn (pojkar och flickors sovväskor och några spel ... fortfarande lägger till detta. Hemmet är utrustat med höghastighets WIFI och kabel T. V. (Fantastiskt) också. Den här egenskapen fungerar också som Kaululehua Hawaiian Cultural Center. Du kommer också att märka en dansstudio och ett bibliotek på landet. En gång i veckan finns det klasser (dans) och en gång i månaden klasser om kulturell konst / hantverk (vävning och ljödillverkning). Vårt hem tilldelades Beautification Award för South San Francisco 2011 för det vackraste Home i South San Francisco!
Vi är belägna i centrala South San Francisco (SSF), alla restauranger ligger på gångavstånd (Starbucks, Pete's, Subway, flera kinesiska och mexikanska, thailändska, vietnamesiska, koreanska, italienska, argentinska, amerikanska, japanska och mer). Det finns några livsmedels-, sprit- och drogbutiker inom ett kvarter. Några av våra favoritrestauranger: till frukost - kabelbilscafé (inget fint, bara snabb bra ole-fashioned frukost), för lunch - La Morena (bästa al pastor nachos, tacos och tallrikar), för middag - Izanami (bra specialerbjudanden, helt nytt och trevlig atmosfär. Om du aldrig har haft See godis är fabriken nere på gatan du kanske vill gå in för prov ;-)
Allt du eventuellt kan behöva ligger inom en mil (drogbutiker, varuhus, kedjor etc.) De flesta människor stannar på vår plats och tittar på webbplatsen. Det finns en parkeringsplats avsedd för vår gäst men om du inte kör buss är det inom ett kvarter, Tåg (Cal. Tåg) är 4 kvarter, Bart är 10 kvarter bort. Alla dessa kan ta dig någonstans intressant. San Francisco centrum ligger cirka 15 minuter med bil. Förutom San Francisco bör du ta dig tid att utforska vår kust särskilt i centrala Pacifica och kryssa längs den berömda motorvägen 1 för att besöka centrum Half Moon Bay!
Vi ser fram emot trevliga och vänliga gäster. Vi är lättsamma och förväntar oss att våra gäster också ska vara det.

The five star reviews are not legit

This was my first time booking a vacation through vrbo and i regret it. I am not sure how the property can be listed as an A with cleanliness when we found dirty towels, toilet paper missing on day 1 upon arrival, toilet broken down next morning and we couldnt flush it and hours later i get the message it is fixed. The lock wasnt working, my kids were out at 9.30 in th night where the code wasnt workng and the owner didnt even pick our phone or answered our text despite being there ( he answered the helper person but not a tired mom with tired kids in the night). Please dont trust the reviews- they are all made up. The lake has dirty green water, not even circlauting or being changed and the window seal has insects trapped in it. Please make fun memories elsewhere and dont make the mistake I did.

Hawaiian hideaway

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment and appreciated the cold water bottles waiting in the refrigerator and the coffee. The little bowl of snacks and bottle of wine were a nice touch, too, although we didn’t indulge. The gardens are lovely and the place is tucked in by the gardens. The week we stayed there was construction across the street during the weekdays so it was a bit loud at times. We came and went during the day so it didn’t bother us much. One the night there was a metal plate or something on the road that banged loudly every time a car drove over it. We couldn’t get the TV to work, seemed like the cable wasn’t hooked up. Only one night when we wanted to watch TV so not a big deal. The low flush toilet was a bit frustrating but it worked. Found two great places to eat close by for breakfast and Italian dinner. Very convenient and easy to drive to places in San Francisco. The parking spot was heaven as parking can be a challenge around town.

South San Fran Gem

This place is great. The location is excellent. Short walk to Sign Hill, a great morning hike with even better views. Downtown restaurants are just on the other side of the block in front of the house. We walked to get breakfast and lunch several times. Super easy access to 101,280, and the Airport. Just down the road from El Camino Real. Supermarkets and shops are a very short drive away. The yard is very inviting. We had local friends over for a morning brunch and enjoyed it in the garden. Lots of seating options with great shade. This place is also very well stocked. We wanted for nothing. There was even a bottle of wine welcoming us for our stay. Thank you.

Surpassed My Expectations

Wonderful experience staying here. The unit was equipped with everything one could possibly need. The hosts even provided a nice bottle of wine and a basket of fruit upon checking in. The location is very walkable to stores, coffee houses and restaurants and I felt safe. The included parking space is a huge asset. I arrived as a tenant and I left as a family member. I shall return.

Great weekend spot when visiting San Fran !!!!

Overall a really great experience and wonderful apt and hosts !!!! We were a little concerned about the location as we were going to see shows at Oracle Park and weren’t sure how far out of the “downtown” we were, but it turned out just right !!! We were able To take an Uber or the Cal Train very easily into downtown SF! The neighborhood is so cute and has lots of dining options within walking distance. A “bodega” , a great sandwich shop, liquor store, cafe for breakfast , options for dinner, really covers it all. If you want more elegant dining in the city it’s not too far at all. The apt is terrific. We had 2 adults for a few days and 3 for one night. We were all able to have our own bed ! One in the bedroom which has the picket doors for privacy, one on the sleeper sofa ( which is a bit short. So we put the sleep mat on top and it worked out perfectly ) the other had the air bed which was conveniently stored in the closet. ) We slept comfortably and then deflated the air bed and had plenty of room to eat at the dining table, make coffee, etc. It’s a very well appointed space with really everything you need. Coffee maker , French press, full size fridge, stover. Really awesome. The outside garden is lovely !!! You have full access to the whole space. Sit at the table, or on the love seat w your feet up, enjoy your coffee or cocktails. It was a really nice bonus to have outdoor space to enjoy. Very clean and the hosts were WONDERFUL !

Excellent accommodations and hosts

My spouse and I enjoyed staying in Kawika’s spacious and very clean one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry machines. Location is very convenient to retail and to freeways. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we appreciated the detailed check-in instructions and photos. Highly recommend!

Very nice for many reasons

We enjoyed our two weeks here. Very safe, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful outdoor area in which relax. Owners were great to work with, a friendly relationship not just business. Parking was included, a big deal. We like to explore by car. Would stay here again.

Great location with responsive host

I stayed for 5 days for a work trip and just slept, showered, and made coffee at the apartment. Everything worked as expected. I really appreciated that there was already coffee, filters, and sugar available so I didn't need to run out and buy anything. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. The Apartment was bright and comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and the train station nearby. My only minor suggestion is that it would've been nice to have an empty chest of drawers to unpack my clothes into during my trip.

Quick visit to experience San Francisco

The apartment was very comfortable with excellent amenities for any type of visit. On site parking was a great feature. Once we figured out how to access bus or free shuttle to BART we were able to get into the city in about 45 minutes. We were able to visit many highlights of the city. The home owners were very accommodating and since we arrived during “Indian Summer” we also enjoyed the beautiful yard!! Bottled water, snacks and wine were a wonderful treat after a long day of travel detours due to fires. The neighborhood was fun, with lots of ethnic restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place to stay for our trip!

Home away from home

This is our second stay at the property. We enjoyed the experience so much in 2019, that we were thrilled to see availability for 2021. The location in South San Francisco is perfect. We were able to get into the City in about 18 minutes. So, we had the best of both worlds: easy access to the City, and a peaceful, beautifully appointed place to rest. The garden is outstanding, and we enjoyed having meals outside. Coffee and a french press made for a perfect cup of coffee, and the bottle of "welcome" wine was much appreciated. The washer and dryer meant we could pack light, and keep up with our need for fresh clothes! This is our home away from home for our San Francisco stays...Highly recommended.
