This is the worst hotel listed in daily city. My building burned about a week ago and I was desperate looking for a place to stay with my family and I came across Mylo hotel. I booked three nights. One hour after I booked this hotel I received a call from HSA saying that they were going to help us so I went to the hotel and explain my situation but because I booked though Expedia the hotel told me that I had to talk to them. So I called Expedia and they were so nice to try to help me but the hotel didn’t wanted to help me. I just went to the hotel and they refuse to help me. I told them this was a hard situation for me. I have two kids one that is 9 years old and one that is 7 and I explain we need led that money to eat. Any good heart person that can be sensitive to situations like this in life would understand how hard is to be homeless with two small children and the uncertainty and the stress that a house fire causes. I am devastated from the heartless responses I received from the people working at this hotel. I believe the owners because they where in the office doing office work and look like a dad and two sons.
I would never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anybody, specially to people in hard situations like mine.
