“Our second time to Rockport and I love this area and condo! It had a very well stocked kitchen and a quick walk to the pools! We will definitely be coming back🥰”

“Location, pool, beach and complex was great. Part of the apartment was ok and part was very dated, specifically master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of stuff in every closet, no space for clothes. Mattress and towels were extra dad, seriously, I would bring my own towels. Smells bad. Not very clean. Kitchen was clean and good equipped, except coffee machines.”

“It was a great place and we enjoyed our mini vacation ”

“Nice little retreat with my family. Pool right outside the back door. Ocean 2 min walk from the front door. Very quiet area. 7 minute drive to Rockport Beach. Property is clean and definitely kozy. Will definitely come back.”

“WiFi was not plugged in. After communicating with staff they gave the code to the owners closet and inside was the router. Plugged it in and still no WiFi. Was able to join using an alternate WiFi. Air conditioning was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. May not be best if you are looking to escape the heat and cool down. Other than those things, the place was nice and functional.”

“This property was very nice and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the beach with our dogs, and it was a 2 minute walk to the store across the street. I was particularly delighted that there was a washer and dryer. We utilized the pool which was very clean, and we went during the day and were able to enjoy it with just our family most times. We appreciated the roll away bed that was available as well. There was also a little patio area out the back door. Overall it was a wonderful...

“Need to replace the storm door and get a new couch, but other than that excellent stay!”

“Nice spot and very close to the beach. The owners ”

“Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice to use. Great AC.”

“The place is small. It fit for what we needed. Only A/C is in the hallway, so you have to keep the bedroom door open. There is a flood light in the backyard that does not turn off. No curtains to block the light. You may get lucky to not have an upstairs neighbor. You can hear every footstep and every time they flush the toilet!”

“Absolutely amazing. Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Has pool and hot tub with in walking distance. Lots of room open living room area. Comfy beds. Decent fishing and crabbing on dock”

“We had a great stay”
