Welcome to our home! This is truly our home away from home and we hope you feel the same way. We love our little backyard oasis! Be sure to take advantage of our close proximity to the Sandwich Marina, you can watch boats come in and out of the Cape Cod Canal all day long!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Updated home with contemporary furnishings, bedding, rugs and amenities. The main level open plan features wood floors and handsome wood trim, and includes a Living Room with working fireplace, Dining Room with slider to the deck and gorgeous Kitchen with bartop seating. The Living Room boasts all new sofa, chairs, and tables for a fresh look. Bath with walk-in shower & Laundry on first floor, and Bath with tub/shower on second floor are both spa-like retreats boasting tile and marble.

Both of the upstairs Bedrooms have new beds and AC minisplits, and Master Bedroom with King features a private upper level balcony. The 2nd room has 2 twin beds & pull out queen sofa bed. The first floor Bedroom with a Queen size bed. Smart TV in all 3 Bedrooms.

The fully finished basement level rooms have been converted into a Bedroom with a queen, Den with TV and PlayStation 4, and a play area with built in shelves filled with books and games. Finished egress to the outside from this level. Wow...fun for everyone at this classic home with spacious rooms, 3 levels of living and easy walk to the beach.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
