• $30/per pet per day and if you sneak in a dog there's a fee of $50. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of home

• Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee

• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like with more guests than on your reservation. - We still want you to have fun just no extra people.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
